I really liked being able to travel a lot as a child. If you are growing up in Europe, it would be a shame to not get out and see the sites and experience the culture. I know there were some families afraid to leave the base. I guess what I'm trying to say is that if you are blessed with the opportunity to live somewhere else in your life, then get out and explore!
